The City of Iqaluit would like to inform residents that telephone and internet services at City Hall have now been fully restored.

Residents may now contact City Hall as usual for all inquiries, appointments, or service requests.

We thank residents for their patience and understanding while City IT staff worked to resolve the issue.

All City offices, including City Hall, are now operating as usual.

Temporary Road Closure – Akilliq Drive

The City of Iqaluit would like to inform residents of a temporary road closure on Akilliq Drive, from the Discovery Hotel to the intersection of Allannguaq Street. This closure is in place to allow crews to open a nearby creek, facilitating spring thaw runoff.

This section of the road is currently closed and is expected to reopen at 9:00 PM tonight.
