The City of Iqaluit is excited to announce that three of our departments have moved in the new Iqaluit Operations Centre, located at 1549 Sivumugiaq Street.

The City of Iqaluit has mailed out the 2024 Tax Assessment Notices for the 2025 Tax Year as of January 31, 2025. These assessments apply to property owners and land leaseholders.

ICFI Program End Date
February 18, 2025 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

The City of Iqaluit would like to remind all clients utilizing the Inuit Child First Initiative that the program will conclude on Monday, March 31, 2025. The final day for purchases under this program is Monday, March 31, and any remaining balances after this date will be forfeited back to the program. No exemptions or extensions will be granted beyond this date.

The City of Iqaluit would like to express its gratitude to the organizations, businesses, and individuals who generously supported those displaced by the fire at 1088 Noble House. Thanks to your kindness, we have raised a total of $32,825.00 to assist affected residents.
