Road Closure – Fred Coman Street

April 23, 2026 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

 

The City of Iqaluit would like to advise residents that Fred Coman Street will be closed to all traffic beginning Monday, April 27, 2026, to allow for essential upgrades to the water and sewer infrastructure.

This closure is expected to remain in effect until Monday, May 11, 2026.

The City of Iqaluit would like to advise residents that all necessary emergency water work has been completed and water service was restored at approximately 4:30 PM to the following units:
