The City of Iqaluit invites residents, families, and local businesses to join in support of Earth Hour on Saturday, March 28, from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
The City of Iqaluit would like to advise residents that water service has been restored following a water main break on Queen Elizabeth Way. Water was turned back on at approximately 11:00 PM on March 25, 2026.
Queen Elizabeth Way has now reopened and is fully accessible to traffic.

The City of Iqaluit would like to advise residents of a complete road closure of Simonie Michael Lane on March 27, 2026.
This closure is necessary to ensure the safety of residents during the filming of scenes for the “North of North.”
