CANCELLED: Water Shut Down and Precautionary Boil Water Advisory – 89-162, 194-199, 259-339

June 11, 2026 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

The City of Iqaluit would like to advise residents that the water infrastructure work scheduled for today and tomorrow has been completed successfully without the need to shut off water service.

As a result, the previously announced water shutdown and precautionary boil water advisory are no longer required for the following locations:

89-162, 194-199, 259-339.

Water service will remain uninterrupted, and residents at the locations listed above do not need to boil their water.

The City of Iqaluit thanks residents for their patience and understanding while preparations were underway for this work.
