Nunavut Day Schedule for Trucked-Services

July 6th, 2020 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

The City would like to advise residents that trucked-services will not run on Nunavut Day Thursday, July 9st, 2020.

Please be advised of the following alternate schedule.

Water and Sewer Truck services:

Tuesday, July 7, 2020 – Regular Day

Wednesday, July 8 2020 – Regular Day

Thursday, July 9, 2020 – Off for Nunavut Day

Garbage Collection Delay
July 6th, 2020 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

Residential and commercial garbage collection will experience delays this week due to a mechanical issue with a City garbage truck. The City is actively working on a solution and expects to have the truck operational again by Friday, July 10th, 2020.

Delayed garbage collection will continue while down to one operational truck.

Please be advised of a date change for the reopening of City Hall buildings #901 and #2425 that will now reopen on Friday, July 3rd, 2020. The original reopening plan was for Thursday, July 2nd, 2020.
