The City of Iqaluit would like to advise residents a complete road closures (map below) affecting Sinaa Street Between Umiaq Crescent and Umiaq Crescent. These closures are necessary to ensure the safety of residents during the filming of scenes for the “North of North”.

The City of Iqaluit would like to advise residents of a complete road closures (map below) affecting Nunavut Drive. This closure is necessary to ensure the safety of residents during the filming of scenes for the “North of North”.

There will be a road closure in effect on Saturday, May 11th from 8AM to 2PM.

Partial Road Closure – 136 Nipisa
April 19, 2024 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

The City of Iqaluit would like to advise residents of a partial road closure in front of building 136 on Nipisa Street (map attached).

The closure will going into effect Monday, April 22, 2024 and is expected to remain in effect until Monday, April 22, 2024.

Residents along this road will still be able to access their homes.

The city of apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks you for your understanding.

The City of Iqaluit would like to advise residents of a complete road closures (map below) affecting Iglulik Drive between lots 394 and 399, to allow for the installation of water and sewer services to the future housing development site.

The closure will be in effect Saturday, April 20, 2024 to Monday, May 06, 2024.

The City of Iqaluit would like to advise residents of multiple complete road closures (map below) Kuugalaaq St (Between Nipisa Street and Queen Elizabeth Way). These closures are necessary to ensure the safety of residents during the filming of scenes for the “North of North”.

The closure will be in effect from Thursday, April 18 from 7:00AM to 10:00PM.

The closure is anticipated to be in effect April 12, 2024 and April 18, 2024 from 7:00AM to 10:00PM.

The closure will going into effect the afternoon of Wednesday, April 3rd at 2 pm and is estimated to be completed by Tuesday, April 10th.

Residents along this road will still be able to access their homes.
