The City of Iqaluit would like to advise Apex residents that the Stop Sign located on John Amaogoalik Drive on approach to the Apex cemetery will be permanently removed.
The stop sign located at the “T” Intersection of Helen Maksagak Drive will remain in place.
The anticipated removal date for the Stop Sign is Monday September 19, 2022.

This year, Recreation will be hosting the event at the AWG Arena Complex from 5:30 to 8:30pmon Wednesday, September 14th.
The City of Iqaluit would like to advise residents of the partial road closure and traffic control measures being implemented on Mivvik Street - in close proximity to Building 1091. This will allow for road asphalt paving work to be performed. Traffic along isolated sections of the street will be reduced to one lane with temporary stop/go traffic measures implemented.
