The City of Iqaluit invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for the transfer of ownership of the noted property. All proposals, applications, and eventual land uses must be in accordance with the City’s Land Administration and Zoning By-Laws.

Legal Description

Building 803, Lot 940, Plan 3596, designated Central Commercial Zone (B1[h13])

Total Lease Cost

$1.00, excluding applicable taxes and proposal fee.

Land Disposal Process

Equity leasehold interest in the land and full legal ownership, indemnifying the City of liability and responsibility.
