Partial Road Closure and Traffic Control on Mivvik Street
August 29, 2022 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

The City of Iqaluit would like to advise residents of the partial road closure and traffic control measures being implemented on Mivvik Street - in close proximity to Building 1091. This will allow for road asphalt paving work to be performed. Traffic along isolated sections of the street will be reduced to one lane with temporary stop/go traffic measures implemented.

Local traffic will still be able to access business buildings throughout the duration of work. The site layout and traffic control plans for the different phases of work are shown below. These measures will be in effect on:

       • September 2, 2022
