Full Road Closure – Jack Anawak St and Niaqunngusiariaq Rd

The City of Iqaluit would like to advise residents of a complete road closure of portions of Jack Anawak Street and Niaqunngusiariaq Road on March 3 and 19, 2026.
Jack Anawak Street (between Jose Kusugak Lane and Niaqunngusiariaq Road) and Niaqunngusiariaq Road (between Jack Anawak Street and John Amagoalik Lane) will be closed to traffic.

This closure is necessary to ensure the safety of residents during the filming of scenes for the “North of North.”
