• Board of Revision (3 positions)

All interested individuals must be in good financial standing with the City (no more than $500.00 in arrears). There is a $100.00 indemnity paid via direct deposit for each meeting attended.

The City of Iqaluit would like to advise residents of a delay in garbage collection due to the recent extreme cold weather affecting garbage truck operations.

A back-up garbage truck is being mobilized and the City is expecting this to be operational within the next 24 hours to assist with overdue collections.

The City apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks you for your understanding.

The City of Iqaluit is currently accepting project applications from individuals and organizations for Community based funding provided under the Government of Nunavut’s Community Wellness Funding 2022-2023. This Fund will support project applications up to $20,000.

The Community Wellness Fund is provided for community-based initiatives that aim to improve the health and well-being of Iqaluit and Nunavummiut.
