12:30 - The City of Iqaluit would like to advise residents that the city is suspending services, such as water delivery, waste management, garbage pick-up and snow removal, and closing city facilities to the public, until further notice, due to severe weather conditions.

Emergency services will be provided unless it is unsafe and/or impossible to do so; delays can be expected.

2023 Business License Renewals

The City would like to remind business owners that the online portal for business license renewals for the 2023 calendar year is now open!

Business owners are encouraged to submit renewal applications in the online Iqaluit Business License system before January 31st, 2023 to take advantage of a discounted renewal fee. Renewal applications received on February 1st, 2023 and later, will be subject to the full renewal fee.
