January 22, 2026 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

The City of Iqaluit advises residents that the precautionary boil water advisory is lifted for the following location:

2100s, 2200s, 2600s, 2700s, École des Trois-Soleils, Aqsarniit Middle School, Joamie School, Arctic Winter Games Arena, and the 4000s.

Public Hearing for DP 20-062

The City of Iqaluit has opened registration to participate in the Public Hearing for DP 20-062 for affected properties in the Core Area between June 30th and July 7th, 2021.

Register with the Planning & Development Department. Please use your building number for reference.

City of Iqaluit Council has initiated a Public Hearing relating to the redevelopment of 810 Aviq Street (Big Racks), which includes a four (4) storey building with Residential/ Offices. 

Development Permit Application No. DP 20-045:

A Public Hearing will take place on April 19th at 6:00 PM. Public Hearing participants must register with the City of Iqaluit before April 15th, 2021 at 4:00PM
