Full Road Closure and Traffic Control on Federal Road
September 9, 2022 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

The City of Iqaluit would like to advise residents of the partial road closure and traffic control measures being implemented along Federal Road – from the 4-corners intersection to Nunavut Drive. This will allow for road repairs to be performed.

Local traffic will still be able to access business buildings throughout the duration of work. Detour routes provided are along Kangiq & Iniq Drive and Nunavut Drive. The site layout and traffic control plan is shown below. These measures are anticipated to be in effect between:

            • September 10, 2022 till September 12, 2022
