The City of Iqaluit would like to inform residents of an emergency water shutdown currently in effect in the following areas:
1023, 1024, 1025, 1026, 1028, 1030, 1034
The brief water interruption for 730 to 738 has now been resolved.
730 to 738 remain under a precautionary boil water advisory.
During a precautionary boil water advisory, the City recommends that all water for consumption is brought to a rolling boil for a minimum of one full minute.
It is recommended that all water be boiled for the following uses:
