River Water Depot Closing

The City would like to remind residents that the River Water Depot will be closing today, at 8:00PM.

The multi-tank bypass of the Water Treatment Plant has been implemented, and a precautionary Boil Water Advisory remains in effect at this time for residents on both piped and trucked services.

It is essential that all water be boiled for the following uses:

•Drinking.
•Preparing infant formulas.
•Preparing juices and ice cubes.
•Washing fruits and vegetables.
•Cooking.
•Brushing of teeth.

Water can be boiled for one minute in either a pot or kettle on a stove or an electric kettle without an automatic shut-off.
