Reaching Home Program - Call for Proposals

The Reaching Home team is excited to be accepting applications for funding for projects to prevent or reduce homelessness in Iqaluit over the current fiscal year – 2023-2024.

$940,176.70 is available for activities in the following categories:

• Housing Services
• Prevention and Shelter Diversion
• Client Support Services
• Capital Investments
• Coordination of Resources and Data Collection

Funded by the Government of Canada’s Reaching Home Program, funding is aimed to prevent and reduce homelessness across Canada. In Iqaluit, the Municipal Government administers this funding, the cities designated Community Entity (CE).

The deadline for final applications is May 19th, 2023. All applicants will be informed of decisions by May 31st, 2023.
