Public Hearing Notice – Appeal under Unsightly Land By-law No. 714
July 22, 2026 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

The City of Iqaluit advises residents that a Public Hearing has been scheduled regarding an appeal under Unsightly Land Bylaw No. 714.
The appeal concerns a Notice of Infraction issued under Unsightly Land Bylaw No. 714 regarding the condition of the subject property located at 3266 Jack Anawak Street.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to provide the appellant with an opportunity to present their appeal to Mayor and Council before a decision is made.

Time: 6:00 p.m.
Location: City Hall – Council Chambers (Side A)
