Iqaluit Fire Department Training
June 8, 2023 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

The City of Iqaluit Fire Department wants to let the public know that they are currently training in the West 40 Area of Iqaluit, near the landfill. The Fire Department will doing live fire training next week, in both the daytime and evening.

The West 40 location is now the permanent home of the Iqaluit Fire Department Training Grounds. You may occasionally see smoke coming from that location when training requires it, and especially for the next week. Thank you for your patience while our Fire Team trains.
