City Office Closure for Civic Holiday

Public Service Announcement

The City of Iqaluit would like to inform residents that City offices will be closed on Monday, August 3, 2026 to observe the Civic Holiday.

Aquatic Centre:
The Aquatic Centre will be closed on Monday, August 3

Fitness Centre:

The Fitness Centre will be open with holidays hours from 12-4PM

Recreation Facilities:

All other recreation facilities will be closed on Monday, August 3.

Trucked Services:

Trucked services will not be impacted by the holiday and will operate their regular hours.
