City of Iqaluit General Plan and Zoning By-Law 2022 – Community Survey
March 4, 2022 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

The City of Iqaluit is creating a new General Plan and Zoning By-law to shape the way the City will grow over the next 20 years. To help keep Iqalummiut up to date, a project webpage has been set up. Residents can find more information about the project on the webpage.

As part of this process, the City wants to hear from Iqaluit residents. A community survey is now open until March 25 and will be the first of many opportunities to provide input to the City on your experiences, ideas, and values. The survey can be accessed on the project website, or through one of the following links:

• English Survey
• Inuktitut Survey
• French Survey

Please contact City staff if you require assistance or a physical copy of the survey.

As a thank you to the community, those who complete a survey are eligible to enter a draw for one group pass to the Aquatic Centre (4 passes) or two grocery gift cards valued at $50 each.
