Gym-Only Drop-In Passes Return to the Aquatic Centre
September 24, 2026 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

 

The City of Iqaluit would like to let residents know that Gym-Only Drop-In Access Passes have been reintroduced at the Aquatic Centre.

We want to make it as easy as possible for everyone to access the recreation spaces they come to enjoy. Recently, we have seen more patrons purchasing Pool Drop-In Passes when they are planning to use the gym. Bringing back the Gym-Only Drop-In Pass will help make sure each patron has the right access for their visit and will help Guest Services support everyone more smoothly.

If you are purchasing a drop-in session to use the gym, Guest Services will provide you with a Gym Access Card at the front desk. You will be asked to sign for the card, which will give you access to the gym door.

When you have finished your workout, please return the Gym Access Card to the front desk so it is ready for the next community member.
