Little Ukpiks Afterschool Program Update

March 4, 2026 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

 

The City of Iqaluit would like to inform families that the Little Ukpiks Afterschool Program will be cancelled for the week of March 9 to March 13, 2026, as many of our program staff will be participating in and supporting the Arctic Winter Games (AWG).

We are proud to support this important event, which brings together communities from across the North in celebration of sport, culture, and youth achievement.

The Little Ukpiks Afterschool Program will resume its regular schedule on Monday, March 16, 2026.

We thank our families for their understanding and continued support. The City looks forward to welcoming participants back the following week.
