Small Business Week Lunch and Learn Series

October 14, 2025 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

The City of Iqaluit invites local entrepreneurs to participate in the Small Business Lunch & Learn Series, a free, week-long initiative designed to strengthen and support our business community.

Taking place from October 20 to 24, this series will be held daily from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at NuBrew Taproom. Lunch will be provided.

Each session will feature expert-led discussions on key topics tailored to the realities of operating a business in the North, including procurement, legal systems, funding access, and growth strategies.

Schedule of Sessions:
  • Monday: Building Local Foundations – City of Iqaluit
  • Tuesday: Strength in Numbers – Baffin Regional Chamber of Commerce
  • Wednesday: Legal Confidence for Entrepreneurs – Law Society of Nunavut
  • Thursday: Funding Your Future – CanNor & GN Community Services
  • Friday: Growing Beyond Start-up – BBDC & NBCC

Registration Details:

Space is limited to 20–30 participants per session, with a maximum of one registrant per business. An active business license with the City of Iqaluit is required to register.
