Compliment and Complaint Reporting Process

Have you recently encountered an issue with roads, street signs, dogs, taxis, or any other service provided or regulated by the City of Iqaluit? Alternatively, perhaps you have had a positive experience you would like to share. The City of Iqaluit would like to hear from you.

To ensure that your feedback is properly registered and investigated, please use the official channels provided by the City of Iqaluit. You can easily file a compliment or complaint by visiting our website at www.iqaluit.ca/complaints-and-compliments and filling out the online form.

Posting on social media platforms like Facebook does not register your compliment or complaint officially. It must go through the proper channels to ensure that it receives the attention it deserves.

Your feedback is crucial in helping us maintain and improve the quality of services we provide to our community.
