Toonik Tyme Civic Holiday Schedule for April 8th
March 21, 2022 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

The City is pleased to announce that the civic holiday for Toonik Tyme will be held this year on Friday, April 8TH, 2022. As per By-law 735 and amendment 771, this full-day civic holiday, scheduled on the first Friday of the festival, is intended to allow residents time to participate in event activities.

Trucked-services for water delivery and sewer collection will take place on Thursday, April 7th. Trucked-services will resume Saturday, April 9th at 6am. Garbage will be collected on the Thursday, April 7th. City offices will be closed on Friday, April 8th.
